What Payment methods can I use?
- We accept all major debit or credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®.
- Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.
Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
- Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Why is my credit card being rejected?
There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:
- The card is expired.
- You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
- You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
- A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.
If you have problems submitting your credit card payment you can contact Customer Service for help. When you contact Customer Service you may be asked for any error message numbers you received, as well as the reference number seen in the shopping cart.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing from the day you place your order. If you have any questions, you can contact Customer Service for help.
How much does postage and packaging cost?
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the item(s) you’ve ordered, the shipping method you have selected and where you live. You will see the exact prices when you place your order and begin the checkout process.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- It depends on which shipping method you have chosen and where your order is being delivered. USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days after the order is dispatched and USPS Priority Mail Express will deliver the next business day if ordered by 12pm EST.
Will I be notified when my order is out for delivery?
- Yes. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. If the tracking number is available, that will be included in your email as well.
What do I do if a product arrives damaged?
- If an item is damaged when it gets to you, simply contact customer care within seven days of receiving your merchandise. The customer care agent will work with you to return the damaged merchandise and ask if you’d like to place an order for a new product. If you would like a refund, the credit will take 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
What do I do if my order is incorrect or missing an item?
- Check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything you ordered is there. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We'll investigate the cause and work with you to resolve the issue. After 14 days of the delivery date, we do not accept responsibility for missing items.
